The General Housing Establishment has called on people allocated ready homes in eight Syrian governorates to visit its general administration and branches to sign contracts and receive their homes by Sunday, October 4, 2026.
The call includes beneficiaries in the governorates of Rural Damascus, Homs, Hama, Latakia, Tartus, Aleppo, Quneitra, and Deir Ezzor, whose names and areas are listed in the tables attached to the announcement, to complete the required legal procedures within the specified deadline and formally receive the apartments.
According to the establishment, the step comes as part of its efforts to fulfill its obligations toward subscribers, provide adequate housing to promote social stability, and address the disruption and delays caused by previous neglect in building these residential complexes, ensuring the projects are completed and handed over according to the regulations in force.
The ready homes include buildings in the Youth Housing project in the Qudsaya suburb expansion in Rural Damascus for several blocks, in addition to the Housing Savings project northwest of the Dummar expansion, and the Labor Housing project under Resolution No. 920 of 2008 in blocks 14 and 11 in Adra al-Ummaliya.
They also include the Youth Housing project in Homs, west of Damascus Road, under Resolution No. 1163 of 2004, covering buildings 50, 53, 54, 59, 60, 73, 74, 190, and 191.
The announcement also covers ready homes in the Savings project in Hama Governorate, in Abi al-Fida suburb, for building No. 4.
In Latakia Governorate, the announcement includes several buildings in the Youth Housing project on al-Thawra highway, and the Savings project in Ramita suburb.
It also includes buildings 14, 16, 19, and 20 in the Youth Housing project under Resolution No. 2109 of 2005 in the Youth Housing suburb in Tartus Governorate.
The announcement further covers buildings 1, 3, 7, 9, and 10 in the Labor Housing project in al-Salam City in Quneitra Governorate, under Resolution No. 920 of 2008.
In Aleppo Governorate, the announcement includes buildings in the Savings project at the sites of the Military Hospital land, al-Ansari al-Sharqi, and the city expansion, as well as the Labor Housing project in Hanano City.
In Deir Ezzor, it includes buildings in the Savings project behind the municipal stadium, and the Labor Housing project at the sites behind the municipal stadium and the Block 7 area.
On July 1, Minister of Public Works and Housing Mustafa Abdul Razzaq opened the Syrian International Exhibition for Construction, Building, and Infrastructure, Technobuild 2026, at the Damascus Fairgrounds. The exhibition is organized by Tayara Exhibition Company over an area exceeding 45,000 square meters, under the sponsorship of the Ministry of Public Works and Housing, the Ministry of Economy and Industry, and the Federation of Syrian Chambers of Commerce.
The exhibition saw participation from Syrian public sector institutions and local companies, alongside a notable Arab and international presence that included companies from Lebanon, Jordan, Iraq, Egypt, the United Arab Emirates, Turkey, China, Italy, and Switzerland. It covers construction, engineering services, energy, and industrial automation sectors, in parallel with specialized scientific seminars and lectures.
During his tour of the exhibition, the minister stressed the strategic importance of such specialized events in attracting investment and transferring the latest global technologies to the local market, in a way that serves economic development efforts and Syria’s reconstruction process.
